The Las Vegas Raiders had plenty of players step up this season, but this group really did not take advantage of their opportunities in 2021.

The 2021 season for the Las Vegas Raiders had its fair share of highs and lows, whether it was on the field, or off of it. While they could probably write a movie about this year’s Raiders team, the truth is, they took everything in stride, eventually punching their ticket to the playoffs.

As the No. 5 overall seed in the AFC, the Raiders had to travel to Cincinnati in the Wild Card round, a game they would lose 26-19. They were in it until the final play of the game, a true testament to how hard this team played under head coach Rich Bisaccia, who is likely to be replaced this offseason.

Still, despite so many players stepping up all season long, there were a few that just did not take advantage of the opportunities presented to them. Las Vegas will look to bounce back in 2022 and will do so with a new head coach and general manager, so this team could look a lot different when they kick off next September.

Here, we look at some Raiders who did not take advantage of their opportunities in 2021.
