Giants defensive free agents the Las Vegas Raiders should target

No. 3: DE Lorenzo Carter

Las Vegas has an elite tandem at defensive end in Maxx Crosby and Yannick Ngakoue, and it remains to be seen what they are going to get out of Malcolm Koonce. However, the tenure of Carl Nassib in Vegas is likely coming to an end, which means the Raiders need to either attack the position group late in the NFL Draft or go out and spend a few dollars in free agency.

One name that is very interesting in terms of Giants free agents is Lorenzo Carter, a player that Graham has been openly proud of thanks to his development in this New York defense. There is a real relationship there, and being only 26-years old, Carter is someone who has a lot of good football ahead of him.

The truth is, the hire of Graham is a home run for the Raiders, as McDaniels and Ziegler continue to be impressive with their building of this coaching staff. All three of these players could help this Raiders defense in 2022, and with how beloved Graham was, they will certainly listen if the Silver and Black come calling.
