Who is Logan Hall?

Hall is a six-foot-six, 260-pound defensive lineman who’s played for Houston for the last four years. While Houston isn’t known as a powerhouse, they do produce quality NFL players, and Hall will soon be joining that list.

In his final collegiate season, Hall lit up opposing offenses. He was third in the American Conference with both six sacks and 13 tackles for a loss, tacking on 24 solo tackles, further cementing an impressive campaign.

Pro Football Focus was also impressed with his final year, grading his pass rush at 84.9 and his run defense at 78.0. Yes, it can be argued he did this against inferior competition in his conference, but that would be doing his natural talent a disservice.

In fact, Hall’s explosiveness and quickness will translate into the NFL. His hands are some of the best in this year’s lineman class, playing light on his feet as he drives through defenders with his noticeable lower leg strength. While his ability to explode off his four-point stance is spectacular, Hall’s hands are scary, as he’s able to push off blockers with ease on first contact.
