Las Vegas Raiders are in their best position to succeed in years

With such big changes occurring recently for the Las Vegas Raiders, the win-now motto is officially in motion, which is a breath of fresh air.
The Las Vegas Raiders did the unthinkable this past season and reached the postseason. For a franchise that has endured a cosmic amount of failure compared to very dim moments of success over nearly the last two decades, the 2021-22 season was one of true triumph.
A head coach resigning mid-season, and a star wide receiver being involved in a fatal DUI crash stole the headlines in by far the most bizarre and upsetting Raiders season in history. The fact the team somehow pulled together and reached the postseason is nothing short of a miracle.
Fast forward to a wild card exit from the playoffs, and owner Mark Davis decided a change was still needed — by not retaining popular interim head coach Rich Bisaccia, Davis showed that he is hell-bent on changing the environment surrounding this franchise, and hired a new head coach in Josh McDaniels and General Manager in Dave Ziegler.
