Las Vegas Raiders are in their best position to succeed in years

Looking Ahead

With a new coaching staff installed, a new general manager, a very deep free agency, and a draft that will have a new man in charge that should know a thing or two about talent, the onus will be on this franchise to continue its success and not rest on its laurels after the recent postseason appearance.

The change was needed for this franchise in several ways, continuity is always a good thing, but the discipline and off-field issues of this franchise had gotten way out of hand. The change is what the franchise needs, and despite whatever your feelings are on the major change, it would be foolish to think the change was not necessary here.

This Raider franchise should be on the cusp of big things, and the upcoming season should be one in which this team can finally have the chance at not just postseason success, but possibly even knocking off the Kansas City Chiefs as the top dog in the AFC West.

Only time will tell what will occur with this franchise, but things are definitely on the come up for the Las Vegas Raiders.
