Las Vegas Raiders: Super Bowl Week 2022 7-round NFL Mock Draft
By Brad Weiss
One area on this Raiders roster that I believe is a need this offseason is linebacker, where the team has decisions to make this offseason in terms of who they bring back. Nicholas Morrow is entering free agency and could be shown the door, while cuts to Cory Littleton and Nick Kwiatkoski could be incoming as well.
Divine Deablo is a solid talent and one that should gain a starting job in 2022, especially if Patrick Graham runs mostly a 3-4 defense. Denzel Perryman was a tremendous addition last offseason and will return in 2022, but the Raiders will have to add bodies to the position group if they hope to have depth next season.
One name that you should keep an eye on is Damone Clark, an athletic linebacker from LSU that could be perfect for Graham’s scheme on that side of the ball. Clark ran a sub 4.6 40-yard dash, is 6-foot-3, 240 pounds, and plays with a chip on his shoulder, something that could make him a standout player for the Raiders.
