The Las Vegas Raiders have a lot of work to do this draft season, and here are four position groups they need to target with their early-round picks.

For new Las Vegas Raiders general manager David Ziegler, the 2022 NFL Draft is going to be a special one. Not only it is his first at the helm of the franchise, but it is his first as a general manager altogether, and he has a lot of work to do in terms of the roster.

Of course, Ziegler is in a much better position than his predecessor, Mike Mayock, was in, as Mayock was inheriting a team that was terrible the year before. However, Mayock also had three kicks at the can in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft, and two more in 2020, but he was unable to capitalize on such elite draft capital.

As Ziegler enters the 2022 NFL Draft, there are some significant positions of need, and he is going to have to address them early on. Of course, a lot of this all depends on what he does in free agency, so as we inch closer to the draft, this list is certain to change.

Here, we look at four position groups he must target early on in the 2022 NFL Draft.
