Raiders RT job a big priority in 2022 offseason
Whether they attack the right tackle spot early in the NFL Draft, or they decide to go the free agency route, this may be the No. 1 priority this offseason. Word is that the Raiders are willing to commit to Derek Carr in the long term and to get the most out of him, they have to fix this major issue along the offensive line.
New general manager David Ziegler has to make sure he does not fail in the first round like his predecessor did, as Mike Mayock squandered elite draft capital, holding five first-round picks in the 2019 and 2020 drafts combined. Already loaded with a playoff roster, Las Vegas has issues to take care of still this offseason, and nobody in the fan base would shake their head at them addressing right tackle right away.
