Morgan Moses

Morgan Moses may not be the home-run free agent signing that RaiderNation may be clamoring for — but sometimes what you need surpasses what you may want.

Before his one-year cameo as a New York Jet this season, Moses plied his trade for six seasons in Washington. Moses has always been a consistent and reliable tackle, and although he may not carry the accolades of the previously mentioned Armstead or say another prized offensive tackle in free agency like Orlando Brown Jr. (who likely returns to Kansas City), Moses is a veteran leader and stable player that this offensive line desperately craves.

The 30-year-old will likely come much cheaper than that of Armstead and many offensive linemen, especially after coming off a one-year deal in New York. And although he may not grade as high as many at his position, he rarely makes errors, and at 6’6 and 330lbs, he is a mammoth man that will slide into a starting role immediately.

Keep an eye on Moses, he brings veteran savvy and a sense of stability that the Raiders lacked in 2021, and his signing would surely be an upgrade over what the right side brought to the table this past season.
