5 wide receivers the Raiders should target in the 2022 NFL Draft
Treylon Burks, Arkansas
Treylon Burks is tied for my number one receiver on my wide receivers draft wishlist with Ohio State’s Chris Olave, but he was the number one offensive weapon for the Arkansas Razorbacks last season. He was used all over the field as a receiver, collecting 66 catches for 1,104 yards and 11 touchdowns including a screen that he took 91 yards to the house against Georgia Southern.
Burks has the necessary size at the position measuring in at 6’3 and 225 pounds. Burks also can create separation down the field not only with his speed but also with his above-average route running. Burks does have some problem making contested catches, something Ruggs was excellent at, but that can come with reps and overall experience.
If the Raiders want to draft an instant impact player like Burks they would need to use their first-round pick on him and depending on what they do in free agency. Paging Devontae Adams or Allen Robinson. Wide receiver might not be as big an area of need as say offensive line
