The Las Vegas Raiders cannot afford to go into next season with another hastily assembled O-line. They should invest in a premier free-agent interior offensive lineman.

One of the most bizarre occurrences of the last offseason was the decision to rebuild much of the Raiders’ offensive line. Former head coach Jon Gruden and general manager Mike Mayock traded away many of the unit’s stalwarts in exchange for a faster, more athletic unit.

Unfortunately, injuries decimated the line’s interior, which was made worse by Andre James’s early struggles at center. By season’s end, the unit was in slightly better shape as the run game finally got going. However, the new Raiders’ management has to know that the interior needs to be addressed. Luckily for Dave Ziegler and Co., there are some options to be had in free agency.

You can expect the offensive line to be a big topic of conversation this offseason, and rightfully so, as they look to get better up front for Derek Carr. Las Vegas has holes on both sides of the ball, but if the team is to get the most out of Carr, he needs to be protected.

Here, we look at three free agent interior offensive linemen the Raiders could target in free agency.
