Looking at the Raiders roster heading into the 2022 offseason is to see a linebacker group that may have to be completely revamped this offseason. In Graham’s system, you need four starting linebackers, as well as a bunch of depth behind them, something the Raiders do not currently have.

Denzel Perryman had a standout season in Las Vegas last season, and will be a starter in 2022, and we hope that Divine Deablo can step in and start in Year 2 as well. However, with Nicholas Morrow and K.J. Wright entering free agency, changes are coming with the position group, making it one to keep an eye on in free agency, and the draft.

One player they could look to bring in is Jesse Luketa from Penn State, an athletic linebacker who played both defensive end, and outside linebacker for the Nittany Lions. He has the perfect speed and frame to play on the outside in Graham’s system, and could even fight for a starting job if the Raiders do not bring in any key veterans during the free agency period.
