The Las Vegas Raiders should look to a strong 2022 free agency class to bring in starting talent. Here we pick one AFC North player from each team.

The Las Vegas Raiders made the playoffs this past season, only the second time they have done so since the 2002 campaign, yet they still decided to make wholesale changes at the top. David Ziegler joins the franchise as the new general manager, replacing Mike Mayock, and Josh McDaniels takes over for Rich Bisaccia as head coach.

Now, the tandem will be tasked with making the Raiders a perennial playoff contender, and not a team that is just happy to make the postseason twice in 20 years. They have some elite players in place already, and some young guys at the core of what they hope to be, while also having a very productive quarterback under center.

All told, this new regime is in a much better situation than the previous one was in when they took over, and you can expect them to bring some of that winning attitude from New England. There is a lot of work to do on both sides of the ball, and making the right decisions in free agency will be paramount this offseason.

Here, we look at one player from each AFC North team they could steal via free agency in 2022.
