The Las Vegas Raiders must improve their first-round drafting above all else, but this year features plenty of Day 2 talent that could impact 2022 as well.

The NFL Scouting Combine starts this Tuesday, and over three hundred prospects will arrive in Indianapolis with the hopes of improving or solidifying their draft stock.

And for the Las Vegas Raiders, they will observe and evaluate which of these many prospects fit the physical profile of what Dave Zeigler and Josh McDaniels want on Sundays.

By now, most people will be familiar with many of the top-named prospects like Michigan’s Aidan Hutchinson or Alabama’s Evan Neal. Both project to be top five players in the draft, but what about the players that next tier of prospects?

The draft buzz will always be centered around the day one prospects, and rightfully so. However, Day 2 of the draft can produce just as many talented players. Guys like Deebo Samuel, A.J. Brown, Fred Warner, Trevon Diggs, Jessie Bates, among many others, were all day two players.

So, what prospects are in play for the Raiders on day two of the draft, either at pick #53 or #86?

Here are five players who aren’t getting the primary attention but can be impact players very early in their careers.
