The Las Vegas Raiders will have to deal with three amazing quarterbacks in the AFC West, as Russell Wilson was traded to Denver on Tuesday.

March 8th, 2022 is a day to remember throughout the NFL, as well as for the Las Vegas Raiders.

The day started off with a “market” altering deal – MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers agreed to a four-year, $200 million extension with the Green Bay Packers, which in turn allowed the Packers to create the cap space to franchise tag the once biggest prize in the 2022 free agency class in wide receiver Davante Adams (also a likely Raider target).

As if Raider Nation was not in enough pain, the divisional rival Denver Broncos pulled off a trade that could possibly change the whole dynamic of the division, by adding nine-time Pro Bowler and former Super Bowl champion quarterback Russell Wilson.

Are the golden days of Russell Wilson behind him? Or will the change of scenery see the return of dominance from a surefire Hall-of-Fame quarterback? Only time will tell, but let’s discuss how this monumental trade affects not only the AFC West, but the Raiders also, as the 2022 season is already starting off with huge movement.
