Linebackers and a Defensive Back

Kyle Van Noy

The Las Vegas Raiders currently have two linebackers on the active roster. There is an abundance of quality depth linebackers on the market, but what makes Van Noy stand out is both his versatility and familiarity. Van Noy can rotate anywhere and do whatever is asked of him.

He also has some close contacts now in Vegas who he’s won some jewelry with. Want to know more about Van Noy? Find the details here.

Anthony Barr

If the Raiders fail to get Kyle Van Noy in the building, Barr is the next best thing. He has experience doing everything, from rushing the quarterback (17.5 career sacks) to falling into coverage (5 career INTs). Graham will find he’ll have no trouble plugging Barr in wherever he wishes and getting results. With the linebacker missing at least 6 games in each of the last two years, the price should be reasonable.

Jabrill Peppers

The Raiders need a split safety, not only for triple deep sets, but to cover up Abram’s coverage flaws on passing situations. In the last two-seasons, Abram has allowed an average of 80% of passes his way to be completed, along with a 111.6 average opposing quarterback rating. Peppers is much more respectable here and has familiarity with Patrick Graham. Details on Peppers here.
