Raiders: 3 players Las Vegas could trade prior to the 2022 NFL Draft
By Jason Willis
Likely trade value: Fourth or fifth-round pick
Acquired in the middle of the 2018 season, Denzelle Good was a revelation of sorts on the Raiders offensive line. On a team that was hurting for help on the interior, Good was an immediate upgrade as he started three games for the Raiders that season. 2020 was when Good really cemented himself as a fixture on the Raiders offensive line as he started fourteen of a possible sixteen games.
Las Vegas rewarded him with a two-year extension worth over eight million dollars in the 2021 off-season. Unfortunately, he tore his ACL early in the Raiders’ first game of the season and would miss the entirety of the season. His replacement, John Simpson, had some success last season and represents a younger, cheaper alternative.
If Ziegler wishes to move on from Good in the last year of his contract, he could likely get an early day three pick in return. While he was injured in 2021, Good is still an above-average player that many teams would like to have on the interior of their offensive line.
