Who is back

For the Raiders, solid players return for another go-around in 2022, especially star rookies Tre’Von Moehrig and Nate Hobbs. The Silver and Black traded up in the second round to get Moehrig, who proved to be more than worth it as a rookie, while Hobbs was an absolute steal on Day 3, becoming one of the best rookie cornerbacks in the league.

Veterans Trayvon Mullen and Johnathan Abram both return in 2022, but both are going to be under the microscope this upcoming season. Mullen is still trying to prove he can stay healthy enough to be a long-term CB1, while Abram will have to prove he is the right guy to start alongside Moehrig in 2022 and beyond.

Outside of those four players, Roderic Teamer will be back next season, looking to keep a spot on the roster, and Amik Robertson will have to prove he can be the No. 2 slot corner behind Hobbs. Dallin Leavitt will be with the Raiders again, and Tyree Gillespie will look to show he belongs as a second-year player after playing sparingly as a rookie.
