Raiders bolster defense in latest 7-Round Mock Draft
At nearly six-foot-seven and 321 pounds, Obinna Eze is an imposing tackle prospect who has arms longer than 36 inches. A physical specimen with the length, frame, and athleticism that you look for in an offensive lineman.
Eze’s most notable strength lies in his run blocking, where his athleticism is on full display. However, he’ll need time to transition to the NFL, but with the right coaching and scheme, Eze’s ceiling is as a swing tackle, which could greatly benefit the Raiders down the road.
So there you have it, our latest 7-round mock draft for the Las Vegas Raiders. Not picking until the third round is going to be interesting, and we will see whether or not Dave Ziegler decides to stay put, or if he puts some assets together to trade into the second round or even higher.
This mock fills a lot of holes on this Raiders roster, making them a legitimate playoff contender going into their first season with Josh McDaniels at the helm.
