Ranking every starting quarterback in the NFL after 2022 Free Agency
Whether it’s threatening retirement, his thoughts on social issues, or requesting a trade on the day of the draft, Aaron Rodgers knows how to keep his name in the headlines. For a lesser player, he would not be worth the headache. Rodgers, however, just refuses to slow down.
A four-time MVP, Rodgers won his most recently last season. Of course, he secured his fourth All-Pro selection and tenth Pro Bowl berth as well. With 4,115 yards and 37 touchdowns to just seven interceptions, Rodgers was unstoppable again in 2022. While he and Davante Adams formed one of the best duos in the league, the surrounding cast left much to be desired. Simply, it did not matter, he just produced every week leading his team to a 13-3 record.
Signed to a three-year, 150.8 million dollar contract extension in the off-season, the Packers have finally made a commitment to Rodgers. However, to do so, they had to trade his number one weapon in Adams. Now with two first-round picks, the Packers must do everything they can to surround him with the weapons needed to succeed. As long as Green Bay has Rodgers, they are capable of winning a Super Bowl.
