Raiders free agent target – Bobby Massie, OT

Key 2021 Stats

  • 13 Regular Season Starts
  • 1 Total Penalty
  • 74.8 PFF Run Grade

The Denver Broncos offensive line struggled mightily in 2021 as a whole. Be that as it may, Bobby Massie held his own, especially in run blocking, helping to lead Denver to 2,025 rushing yards. McDaniels’ offense will be looking to establish an identity on the ground and having Massie to get that going would be a smart play.

Much like Williams, he’s far from perfect, but he held down the starting job at right tackle last season under Vic Fangio. However, with Fangio out, it’ll be unlikely that Denver retains his services. For the most part, Massie was effective when he saw the field.

He allowed just five sacks last year, which is better than both Brandon Parker and Leatherwood who each had eight. At 32, he, too, would be a stop-gap solution for the Raiders as they try to sort out what to do at right tackle.
