The Las Vegas Raiders have one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL in Derek Carr, and he could set even more team records in 2022.

Las Vegas Raiders starting quarterback Derek Carr is entering his ninth season at the helm of the franchise, and he does not appear to be slowing down. Since being selected in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft, the Raiders have had the luxury of having Carr as their starter, and he goes into the 2022 season as the longest-tenured signal-caller in the AFC.

Throughout his eight full seasons as the starter, he has led the Silver and Black to two playoff appearances, all the while setting nearly every franchise record when it comes to passing. While the wins have been hard to come by consistently, Carr has had more than his fair share of obstacles, including numerous head coaches and coordinators, as well as a revolving door at wide receiver.

All the while, Carr has been a constant for the Raiders, and the team around him in 2022 could be the best group so far. New general manager David Ziegler has made it a point to build around No. 4 and even gave him a new deal, silencing the noise that has surrounded him since Jon Gruden returned to the sidelines.

Here are a few records that Carr should break during the 2022 NFL season.
