The Raiders added a lot of talent to the wide receiver room this off-season, but the team isn’t done reloading the unit just yet.
Throughout this year’s off-season, the Las Vegas Raiders have made many moves to revamp the offensive side of the ball – Most notably at the wideout position. The Silver and Black added the best wideout in football, Davante Adams, but that wasn’t all they did; Former division rival Damarcus Robinson, as well as Miami’s Mack Hollins, are two signings that should help solidify depth at the position.
Last season, Las Vegas struggled to find consistency at the wide receiver position outside of Hunter Renfrow, who ended the year with over 100 catches. With Adams in the fold, Renfrow will have more than enough help atop the depth chart, and the team also has a tight end with wide receiver skills in Darren Waller.
Still, this was a group that needed to be revamped, and Josh McDaniels and David Ziegler have made it a priority to build the group around Derek Carr. They are trying to put him in the best position to succeed, and this week, they announced the signing of Keelan Cole.
