Raiders 2022 Schedule: Top-5 Must-Win games

Week 16: @ Pittsburgh Steelers

The day after the 50th anniversary of the Immaculate Deception. Is there any other reason why this is a must-win for the Raiders? Well, it has left a bitter taste in our mouths for half a century, we can’t carry it around for another half-century.

The fact this game takes place in Pittsburgh makes it even more exciting. You know the Steeler fans still believe the ball did not bounce off the turf and into Franco Harris’ hands. They are going to be waving their Terrible Towels and talking trash leading up to the game. That just adds more fuel to the fire.

This game has the potential to be similar to that game 50 years ago…a defensive battle. By the time of this game, the Las Vegas defense will have bought into Patrick Graham’s defense and be dishing out some punishment.

Meanwhile, the Steelers will be getting used to a new quarterback. They still, however, have Najee Harris to lean on. IF the Las Vegas defense can shut down Harris and force the Steelers offense into a few mistakes, they should be able to get their revenge on possibly the greatest miss-call in sports history.
