Raiders 2022 schedule release: Predicting the outcome of all 17 games
By Brad Weiss
Week 12: at Seattle Seahawks
The friendly face we just spoke about waiting for the Raiders in Week 13 is Drew Lock, an old friend who should help get this team back on the winning track. While the trade of Lock to the Seattle Seahawks means they won’t face him twice a season, at least they get him once in 2022, and it comes at a crucial time.
The Seahawks are not without talent, and they do have an outstanding head coach in Pete Carroll, who is going to figure out how to win in 2022 with, or without Lock. The truth is, Lock could be out of the starting lineup by the time this game takes place, but for prediction purposes, let us hope he is still QB1.
For the Raiders, a trip to Seattle is never easy, but they are the more talented team, and will likely be playing for more at this point in the season. They get win No. 8 in style, with Derek Carr having a big day against this Seattle secondary, sending Lock home with another loss at the hands of the Silver and Black.
Record: 8-3 overall, 2-2 in AFC West
