Raiders QB Derek Carr can set more milestones

Carr will have an opportunity to add more achievements to his already impressive resume. Chief among those pillars will be the Raiders’ record for single touchdowns thrown in a season. The legendary Daryle Lamonica still holds that record at 34.

Another milestone that Carr could potentially surpass is Rich Gannon’s 293 passing yards per game average, which No. 12 set back in 2002.

While our own Brad Weiss recently took a look at the aforementioned records, there’s another level of accomplishments that have alluded Carr so far. Now entering his “prime,” perhaps, the Raiders’ signal-caller could end up garnering next-level recognition.
