10 free agents the Raiders could still target for 2022
Raiders free agent target – Kevin King, CB
Alright, Raider Nation, one more cornerback on this list. It’s none other than Kevin King of the Green Bay Packers. As a second-round pick in 2017, King would provide quality depth behind Mullen, Ya-Sin, and Anthony Averett. In fact, King would likely compete with Averett, Darius Phillips, and Amik Robertson in training camp/
Over the last three years, King has played in 36 regular-season games for the Packers. During that stretch, King accumulated 23 pass deflections, six interceptions, and two forced fumbles. He put on a notable display of playmaking in coverage and run defense. Per PFF, King was graded at 68.1 and 72.0 in those departments, respectively.
While King allowed a 71.4 completion percentage in 2021, he would not see starter snaps unless the injury bug struck Mullen again. Regardless, at this point in the offseason, the Raiders could do a lot worse than King.
