A healthy Waller

Finally, we turn our attention to a star that needs to be extended ASAP, and that is tight end, Darren Waller. An incredible story both on, and off the field, Waller went through some injuries last season but is healthy now, and ready to continue what has been a magical run since putting on the Silver and Black.

A healthy Waller changes everything for this Raiders offense, as without him last season, the team really struggled at the tight end position. Waller is a guy who can rack up over 100 catches a season, and within this offense, as we saw in New England, the tight end position is a featured one, which should lead to a career year for him.

The truth of the matter is if the offensive line can hold up, and I believe they need to throw some more money at that group, then there is no reason why this Raiders offense won’t finish in the top-5. There are so many elite weapons in the group, and guys who do very specific things great, so no matter what defense is thrown at them in 2022, I believe this group is going to be putting up points in bunches.
