Andre Dillard

Andre Dillard was a first-round pick by the Eagles in the 2019 NFL Draft but has never been able to solidify himself in a starting role. Dillard has played behind Pro Bowl-level tackles Jason Peters, Lane Johnson, and Jordan Mailata and really has not had an opportunity to become a consistent starter.

As of now, he has no path to a starting spot and the Eagles have been searching for a trade partner for months.

Dillard could come in and provide an influx of talent at the right tackle position. Dillard is athletic and has the pedigree to make a massive impact if given the opportunity. A Dillard acquisition could also be a long-term solution, which would open up Alex Leatherwood to be a long-time guard solution.

He hasn’t played great when given the opportunity, but that is likely due to never being able to get a rhythm and consistent playing time. Dillard could be a huge addition to the Raiders.
