Las Vegas Raiders 53-man roster prediction entering 2022 training camp
Running Backs (5): Josh Jacobs, Kenyan Drake, Brandon Bolden, Zamir White, Jakob Johnson
For the past few seasons, Josh Jacobs has been the unquestioned feature back for the Silver and Black and has a Pro Bowl to show for it. However, he also has struggled to stay on the field and has had moments where he is very unproductive, so things could be a lot different for him in 2022.
McDaniels likes to utilize multiple running backs, and this season, he has a lot of talent to choose from. Jacobs will remain the starter, but Kenyan Drake will be back healthy after being injured last season, and Brandon Bolden comes with McDaniels from New England to be a key piece of the offense.
Rookie Zamir White is nicknamed “Zeus,” and one would imagine that he is going to get the ball a lot in the red zone. Jakob Johnson is another running back from New England that joins Las Vegas this season, and he will serve as the team’s fullback, replacing Alec Ingold.
