Las Vegas Raiders 2022 opponent offseason review: Denver Broncos
Draft and Recap
Like the Raiders, Denver traded their first-round pick in the Russell Wilson trade, so they did not pick until Day 2. However, they still brought n a solid haul, and filled some of the bigger holes on their roster.
Denver Broncos 2022 NFL Draft Class
- Round 2 Pick 64: OLB Nik Bonitto, Oklahoma
- Round 3 Pick 80: TE Greg Dulcich, UCLA
- Round 4 Pick 115: CB Demarri Mathis, Pittsburgh
- Round 4: DL Eyioma Uwazurike, Iowa State
- Round 5: S Delarrin Turner-Yell, Oklahoma
- Round 5: WR Montrell Washington, Samford
- Round 5: C Luke Wattenberg, Washington
- Round 6: DL Matt Henningsen, Wisconsin
- Round 7: CB Faion Hicks, Wisconsin
The Broncos play the Raiders in Week 4 and 11 this season, and even though the Raiders have been more dominant over the Broncos these past couple of seasons, winning seven of the last ten games including the last four games in a row. With Russell Wilson behind center instead of the likes of Drew Lock and Trevor Siemien I expect at least a split between these two teams when they face off this season.
