For all the talk of Davante Adams losing production with the Raiders, the veteran wideout is actually in a perfect situation in Las Vegas.

Recently, there has been talk that Davante Adams is going to see a dip in production now that he has left the Green Bay Packers and joined the Las Vegas Raiders. Sure, Aaron Rodgers, the quarterback of the Packers, is an elite player, and a first-ballot Hall of Famer who had done amazing things in his career, but Adams is in a great spot in Las Vegas.

Not only is he joining his best friend and college teammate, quarterback Derek Carr in Sin City, but he also is surrounded by plenty of elite weapons.

Raiders have more weapons for Adams to be even more productive

Looking at the Packers roster against the Raiders roster, Adams is actually in a perfect spot with the Silver and Black. He has more talent around him at wide receiver than he has had in a long time, including Hunter Renfrow, one of the best route-runners in football.

In fact, if you named the top-5 route-runners in the NFL, Adams, and Renfrow would make the list, that is how dominant this tandem has the opportunity of being. Las Vegas also has an elite tight end in Darren Waller, a 100-catch machine that is going to force defenses to respect the middle of the field.

That is going to open up so many opportunities for Adams to burn teams on the outside, and as we saw during their Fresno State days, Carr to Adams deep is no problem.

When all is said and done, I believe Adams could have even gaudier numbers than he did in Green Bay, as teams are going to have to gameplan for more than just him when it comes to the passing game. As it stands, Las Vegas has three players who have hauled in 100 balls in at least one of the last two seasons, which is not something many other franchises can boast about.
