Las Vegas Raiders that must realize their potential in 2022

Looking ahead to the 2022 NFL season, here are some members of the Las Vegas Raiders that must realize their potential.

The 2022 season is approaching rapidly, and with so much excitement surrounding a new regime and constructed roster, this might be the most anticipated Raider season in decades.

The hiring of a new head coach and general manager; as well as adding All-Pro talent in the form of defensive end Chandler Jones and wide receiver Davante Adams, has the Raider faithful believing that big things could be on the horizon.

With so much hype surrounding a franchise that is coming off its first playoff appearance since 2016; the expectations for this franchise have skyrocketed with such a busy 2022 offseason.

With great expectations, must come great results, and this is where a few young Raiders must realize their potential sooner rather than later for this team to fulfill its lofty expectations.

We will take a look at three Raiders that must fulfill their potential for the Raiders to take the next step in their development as an AFC contender.
