Raiders 2019 first-round group under the microscope this summer

Three guys who are definitely under the microscope this training camp are the three first-round picks from the 2019 NFL Draft. Clelin Ferrell was obviously a huge reach as the No. 4 overall pick, and through his first few seasons in the NFL, he has been nothing more than just a guy who is decent against the run.

Josh Jacobs, while a very productive running back so far, is not someone that is going to be a part of the long-term in Las Vegas it appears. The team has made a concerted effort to bolster the running back room and even drafted one in the fourth round this past April, so his time as the feature back may be coming to an end.

Then there is Johnathan Abram, a player that many felt would be a perfect Raider playing the safety position. Abram has shown flashes that he can be someone to count on, but for the most part, he has been wildly inconsistent during his tenure in the Silver and Black.
