Other notable Raiders entering a make-or-break training camp

Three other former Raiders draft picks to keep an eye on this training camp are Brandon Parker, Trayvon Mullen, and Amik Robertson. Parker is someone who is considered very valuable as a depth offensive lineman, but he is also a guy who was expected to be much more than that and has been serviceable at best at the NFL level.

Mullen is a cornerback who was considered the CB1 of the future, but injuries and inconsistent play have plagued him as well since being a second-round pick in that 2019 draft. He is slated as a starter entering camp, but the Raiders brought in a ton of cornerback depth this offseason, so he will have to beat out the likes of Anthony Averett and Chris Jones.

Staying in the defensive backfield, one player to keep an eye on is Amik Robertson, who was considered the team’s slot cornerback of the future coming out of college. Nate Hobbs is not going to lose his spot after an elite rookie season, so Robertson will have to be a depth guy, and there is plenty of talent on this roster to compete with in that regard this offseason.

Should be a fun summer.
