The Las Vegas Raiders have money left to spend in free agency, and here are three current free agents they could still look to add for the 2022 season.

Even though the Las Vegas Raiders have kicked off their 2022 training camp, that does not mean they are done shuffling around pieces when it comes to the roster. In fact, Las Vegas has more than enough salary cap money to spend, and they could still look to add some veteran defensive players via free agency.

Here, we look at three defensive targets as we inch closer to the Hall of Fame Game.

Dont’a Hightower, Linebacker

Moving to a 3-4 defense, the Raiders are going to need all the help they can get at the linebacker position. Last year, they brought in a veteran in Denzel Perryman, and he was better than advertised, becoming a leader on the defensive side of the ball.

One name they could look to still add during training camp is Dont’a Hightower, a former New England Patriots linebacker who has a history with both general manager David Ziegler, and head coach Josh McDaniels. Hightower is still a very productive linebacker, and with depth issues on the roster, Las Vegas may want to gauge the interest.
