The Las Vegas Raiders have an offensive genius as their head coach, and that will help elevate this offense to new heights in 2022.

New Las Vegas Raiders head coach Josh McDaniels will have to elevate the offense and the weapons at his disposal to very high levels to compete with the rest of the loaded division.

This is McDaniels’ second go-around as a head coach, as he posted an 11-17 record with the Denver Broncos from 2009-2010. However, it was his time with the New England Patriots that made him one of the more sought-after head coaching candidates this past offseason.

During his time in New England, McDaniels served as the offensive coordinator, helped the franchise to multiple Super Bowl rings, and had a top-10 offensive ranking in eight of his 13 seasons.

I believe Josh McDaniels has learned from his first go around as head coach and will lead this team in a way that the team will have the confidence going into every game, from his leadership to his dedication to the game, to having the team as prepared as they can be to be the most successful as possible.

His unique way to get the most from his players has made him one of the best offensive coordinators in the league for several years, McDaniels will put Derek Carr in the most advantageous positions to succeed as possible while mixing in heavy play action with josh jacobs to keep defenses off balance, especially the blitz heavy Kansas City Cheif defense who is not scared to bring the house.

Davante Adams will give Mcdaniels many ways to attack defense every given Sunday. Hunter Renfrow and Darren Waller will also give defenses fit by the size and athleticism from Waller to the dynamic route running from Renfrow. McDaniels will take advantage of their skill sets and put them in the best position possible.

Don’t worry Raider fans this season will be enjoyable to watch on the offensive side of the ball with the playmakers and the offensive guru in McDaniels to make sure they flourish.
