The Las Vegas Raiders enter a pivotal matchup with the Tennessee Titans in Week 3. Here are our bold predictions for Sunday’s game.
For the Las Vegas Raiders, it’s arguably do-or-die time heading into Sunday’s contest against the Titans. It’s not too premature to call it a must-win game after the Raiders sit at 0-2 and last place in the AFC West standings. Still, the NFL season is a marathon and not a sprint, and a win against a lowly Titans team could be the spark they need to steer their season back on the right course.
Speaking of “spark,” Sunday’s matchup could finally be the game in which fans are shown just how dangerous this offense can be. Through two weeks it’s largely been a tale of two halves: Las Vegas comes out sluggish only to pick up steam in the final moments, or the Raiders come out firing only to cool off when it matters most.
It’s been a hindrance as of late for the Silver and Black, and it has to be corrected when you have this much talent on offense.
Tennesee is by far the inferior team in this game, and much like last week’s matchup, the Raiders should ideally come out on top due to their talent advantage. With that in mind, we’re predicting some big performances from marquee players Sunday afternoon.
