Raiders at Titans 2022 Week 3: Things we learned in the 24-22 loss
Mack Hollins is Legit
Mack Hollins had a huge game on Sunday, leading the team with eight receptions for 158 yards and a touchdown. A great performance from Hollins, and with Adams struggling, and Darren Waller having one of his worst games in recent memory, they needed every bit of Hollins in this one.
Hollins looks to have the most chemistry with Carr early on this season, he has a great feel for the game and looks to be comfortable in the offense. He will need to continue to contribute at a high level, even when Adams and Waller start rolling, as he has the size and speed you need on the outside, and in the red zone
It’s great to see the depth at the wide receiver position outside of Adams, Waller, and Renfrow. With the trio mostly blanketed, Hollins has had to step up and make the plays that are there with the favorable matchups.
He made timely big plays on Sunday giving the Raiders a chance to climb back in the game.
