The Las Vegas Raiders take on the 2-1 Denver Broncos in a must-win game in Week 4, and here are some members of the Denver squad to worry about.

In Week 4, the Las Vegas Raiders will head home to take on the Denver Broncos in a must-win AFC West showdown. The Silver and Black have had good success against Denver in recent memory, but that was mostly due to the fact the Broncos did not have a legitimate quarterback at the helm.

With their trade for Russell Wilson this offseason, the Broncos have that quarterback, but overall, the offense has struggled. Here, we look at some Broncos the Raiders will have to worry about if they hope to get the victory on Sunday inside Allegiant Stadium.

Raiders vs Denver 2022 Week 4: Broncos to Worry About

Russell Wilson

As we said before, the Broncos have a real quarterback at the helm this season, though Wilson has struggled out of the gate in Denver. Still, he is a former Super Bowl-winning quarterback who can still get the job done, something the Broncos have not had since the Peyton Manning days.

On Sunday, the Raiders need to make sure they get some pressure in Wilson’s face, and that means Chandler Jones, who has been missing through the first three weeks. If they can get pressure from Jones and Maxx Crosby, they should slow down Wilson, but that is a big ‘if’ going into game No. 4.

Bradley Chubb

The Raiders’ offensive line has been a real issue this season, though they will get Andre James back for the Broncos game after missing the last two matchups. Even with James back, the offensive line could struggle in this one, especially on the edges, where Bradley Chubb is a real menace.

If I were Denver, I would line Chubb over the Raiders’ right tackle and let him go to work all game long, adding to his three sacks on the year. If the Raiders fall to protect Derek Carr, this could be a game that turns in Denver’s favor in a hurry.

Javonte Williams

Las Vegas had been doing a good job keeping running backs in check during the first two weeks, but all of that changed with the dominant effort from Derrick Henry in Week 3. Henry ran all over the Raiders’ defense in the first half last Sunday, creating a hole that the Silver and Black could not come back from.

Zoning in on Javonte Williams will be key for Patrick Graham and this defense in Week 4, as he is the game breaker of the two-headed running back monster that is he and Melvin Gordon.

Denver has not scored more than 16 points in a game this season and is coming off an 11-10 victory against a bad San Francisco team their last time out. The Raiders defense has a real opportunity to put that first win on the board this weekend, setting the table for a potential monster matchup against Kansas City in Week 5.
