Running Back

Josh Jacobs followed up his tremendous performance last week with an even better encore.

A career-high 154 yards rushing on only 21 carries and everything was earned running between the tackles. Jacobs even got involved in the passing game leading the team in catches with five. That is not a positive for the team, considering Jacobs is not a high-volume pass catcher, but he proved he could contribute if asked.

Josh McDaniels wants to establish the run, and Jacobs has answered the call these past two weeks.

Also, Jakob Johnson deserves massive credit for his running game blocking.
