Las Vegas Raiders vs Texans 2022 Week 7: Bold Predictions

Jacobs finishes with a combined 200+ yards

Amid a rough start to the season for the Raiders offense, tailback Josh Jacobs has been one of the few silver linings through five games. The fourth-year pro has accumulated 490 yards on the ground, which is the third-best among all running backs through seven weeks. I

n back-to-back games Jacobs has exceeded the century mark on the ground, finishing with 144 rushing yards in Week 4 and 154 rushing yards in Week 5.

Josh McDaniel has no reason to stray away from the ground game going forward, so Jacobs could make it three straight games with a dominant performance.

Houston is 30th in the NFL against the run, allowing an average of 164.8 yards per game on the ground. Coming in well-rested following the bye week, Jacobs must be fiending to exploit the Texans’ defense.

We’re predicting the Raiders tailback not only finishes over the century mark in rushing yards once again, but combined with his pass-catching ability he will total a combined 200+ yards by the final whistle.
