Las Vegas vs Indianapolis Colts 2022 Week 10: 3 Raiders to watch
CB Rock Ya-Sin
One of the biggest storylines heading into this game is the fact that it will be a double revenge game for one player on each side. Earlier this year the Colts and Raiders made a trade that sent DE Yannick Ngakoue to Indianapolis and CB Rock Ya-Sin to Las Vegas.
Fast forward to the beginning of the season and the Raiders traded away projected CB1 Trayvon Mullen, thrusting Ya-Sin into one of the starting roles alongside 2nd year stand out Nate Hobbs. By all accounts, Rock Ya-Sin has played well in the starting role. Though he has struggled lately having to carry a heavier workload with Nate Hobbs on the IR, he continues to be a somewhat bright spot in an otherwise seemingly horrendous secondary.
As someone who went up against all these guys at practice last year, Ya-Sin has to be feeling pretty good heading into Sunday’s matchup. Couple that with the fact new quarterback Sam Ehlinger is inexperienced and getting hit every other play, and Rock Ya-Sin could be in for an exciting game against his former team.
