At 2-7, the Las Vegas Raiders are one of the league’s worst teams. With that distinction comes a premium draft pick in 2023. Luckily for them, this year’s class is loaded with quarterbacks.

Once again, the Raiders have lost a close game. In six of their seven losses, the team has had the ball at the end with a chance to tie or win the game. However, just like all the others, the offense could not come through.

With 248 yards and a pair of touchdowns, quarterback Derek Carr was fine in this one. In fact, he even made a throw to Moreau in the fourth quarter that should have given his team the lead if it were caught.

Of course, there are still times when it feels as if he leaves plays on the field. He had just one completion over ten yards in the air and missed an easy throw to Ameer Abdullah that would’ve moved the chains on third down. Alas, this is just who carr is at this point.
