Change is Coming

Rarely aggressive despite his physical gifts, things often have to be perfect for him to succeed.

Under Josh McDaniels and company, things have been far from perfect. While Davante Adams has been his usual self, both Darren Waller and Hunter Renfrow have hardly been available. The playcalling, hindered by an incessant use of trick plays, has been suspect.

On defense, the team is lacking talent in addition to being poorly coached.

Unfortunately, in the NFL, with failure often comes change. While McDaniels has not shown much this season to warrant a second chance, he was hired less than a year ago and has numerous Super Bowl wins on his resume. If he is here to stay, Carr, who has routinely expressed his love for the team and could not contain his emotions on Sunday, will be forced out.
