Las Vegas Raiders vs Denver Broncos 2022 Week 11: Studs and Duds

Davante Adams – Stud

Davante Adams has been the most consistent highlight of this offense even with a few lowlight games and he delivered another legendary performance against the Broncos in Week 11. Adams was the focal point of the passing offense and tore up the Denver secondary with 7 catches for 141 yards and 2 touchdowns on 13 targets.

There were a couple of execution issues and one bad drop but overall it was an A+ performance from the star receiver. The big moment of course was the game-winning touchdown in overtime where he roasted a young Bronco DB but he has done that same thing to rookies and All-Pros alike.

Adams is on pace to have the best-ever season by a Raiders receiver as he sits at 64 catches for 925 yards and 10 touchdowns after 10 games. The mark was set by Tim Brown in 1997 as he had 104 catches for 1408 yards and 5 touchdowns in 16 games. If Adams continues at this pace he should end the year with 109 catches, 1570 yards, and 17 touchdowns with only the yardage total being a career-high.

He is having a truly special season and we are privileged to be able to see it unfold.
