Las Vegas Raiders vs Seattle Seahawks 2022 Week 12: Studs and Duds

Maxx Crosby – Stud

Maxx Crosby should just get a permanent section in this piece as he came through yet again with another massive performance. Crosby was credited with 1.5 sacks, four tackles, one tackle for loss, and six QB hits. Aside from that he was a constant presence in the Seattle backfield and made Geno Smith’s day absolutely miserable.

His biggest play of the game came on 3rd and 10 with Seattle driving for a game-winning score as he bull-rushed the offensive tackle and took down Smith with one arm. This play sent the game to overtime as it ended Seattle’s drive on their own 30 and allowed the Raiders to run out the clock.

Crosby was his usual unblockable self all day long and he showcased the motor skills that make him special. He now has 10.5 sacks on the season and he has topped his previous career high of 10 during the 2019 season. A pro bowl season seems to be the minimum for Crosby at this point and he will be entering the All-Pro discussion if he keeps playing at this level.
