The Las Vegas Raiders moved their record to 5-7 on the season this past Sunday, and now take on the Los Angeles Rams on a short week Thursday.

The Las Vegas Raiders continued their strong second-half run on Sunday, beating the Los Angeles Chargers in convincing fashion inside Allegiant Stadium. The win was the Raiders’ third in a row, and with some easier games ahead of them, they have a real chance to get to .500 after a 2-7 start to the 2022 season.

Their opponent in Week 14 is a team that won the Super Bowl last season but has been ravaged by injuries and bad play in what has been a season-long Super Bowl hangover. In fact, the Silver and Black are favorites against the Los Angeles Rams early on this week and have their eyes set on their fourth straight victory.

Raiders at Rams Odds Week 14

According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Raiders are big favorites on the road in this one, giving 5.5 points to the Rams. The over/under is currently set at 43.5, and based on the spread, if points are to be had, they will likely come from the Silver and Black. A money line bet on the Silver and Black would come in at -245, while a pick on the Rams is listed at +200, so the money to be made is on Los Angeles.

Raiders at Rams Prediction Week 14

The Raiders are one of the hottest teams in the NFL right now, and coming off a big victory, they will likely go into SoFi and take care of business. Los Angeles is a home game for the Raiders based on the fan base, and playing the Rams in primetime, I would expect more Silver and Black in the crowd than Blue and Yellow.

The combination of Derek Carr and Davante Adams is something special right now, and Josh Jacobs looks like best running back in the NFL. The offense is going to roll over this Rams defense, and with so many key guys out on the Los Angeles offense, expect the revamped Las Vegas pass rush to get the job done.

In the end, even on a short week, Las Vegas is going to dominate the Rams from start to finish, and move their record to 6-7 on the season. The key will be starting out fast because if they do so, the Rams do not have enough firepower to keep up with them for four quarters.

Final Score: Raiders 35, Rams 24
