After a nightmare season in Tampa Bay, the legendary Tom Brady could be looking to play another season.  Could he do it in the Silver and Black of the Las Vegas Raiders?

What a year it has been for Tom Brady. After a 2021 season where his team lost the NFC Championship in a hard-fought game to the eventual Super Bowl champions, it would soon be announced that Brady was retiring. The greatest player in NFL history, he had nothing else to prove.

However, Brady would only stay retired for about a month before he inevitably decided to return to the gridiron. After a 2021 season where he was an MVP candidate and posted a career-high 5,316 passing yards and 43 touchdowns to go along with just twelve interceptions, no one could blame him for wanting to play one more season in a weak division.

Instead, things have not gone as planned in Tampa Bay. With former head coach and play-caller Bruce Arians now a member of the front office, Brady has been forced to play under new head coach Todd Bowles and offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich. Currently, the Buccanneers are 6-7 and fighting for a playoff spot.

More than ever, it appears that Brady might be slowing down. The chemistry with his receivers has not been the same and he may not always be on the same page as Leftwich. Even still, he has 3,585 yards and seventeen touchdowns through thirteen games.

For a player who is as competitive and driven as Brady, he may not want to see his career end on such a sour note. With his contract up at the end of this season, the superstar quarterback will be free to sign with anyone at the season’s end. Could he look to move west and join the Raiders?
