The Las Vegas Raiders face the New England Patriots in a matchup between coaches that know each other well. Here are the x-factors for the contest.

The Las Vegas Raiders may have been flexed out of their matchup with the Patriots this week, but there are still plenty of headlines to digest heading into Sunday. The Raiders, coming off an embarrassing loss on Thursday Night Football last week, would be wise to follow up with a resounding win in Week 15.

At the very least, it helps to temporarily quell the noise of their underwhelming first season with Josh McDaniels at the helm.

Speaking of McDaniels, Sunday’s contest will also feature the head coach going up against his mentor Bill Belichick. With both coaches well familiar with each other after their time in New England, this matchup could come down to who better exploit’s the other’s tendencies.

Here are the x-factors for Sunday’s matchup versus the Patriots.
